Can I speak with you before travelling?
Yes. You can start the conversation from your home country. We will explain what can be reviewed remotely and which assessments require an in-person visit in Türkiye.
Do I need to have a donor already?
You can contact us with initial questions, but you will need your own potential living donor to pursue the living-donor transplant pathway we support. BAO Health does not find or provide donors for patients without one.
For patients who already have a potential living donor, we can help explore paired kidney exchange with other patient–donor pairs to seek a more suitable match, subject to clinical assessment.
What comes after the consultation?
That depends on your situation. The next step may involve further information, donor evaluation or specialist review. We explain the proposed next step before you make arrangements.
